Just take 70ml every morning on an empty stomach. Then leave 10 minutes before you eat and drink (unless you need water, which is fine!). 

70ml might not sound like much but every shot is fermented to a level of at least 10 billon CPUs per 70 ml and proven to deliver metabolically active bacteria at least until the expiration date.
