The way we make Symprove is complex and precise. In short: 

• It's made in a controlled environment 
• We start with a gluten-free, barley-based wort concentrate 
• We purify it and hold it at a consistent temperature in sterilised vats 
• Then we carefully add our four species of bacteria, uniquely grown, trained, and tested using a patented 21-hour precision fermentation process
