To keep things as simple as possible – we offer a choice of two subscriptions. 

Our rolling subscription: This is a great way to try Symprove. You can control your delivery dates, skip a delivery, change flavours, and cancel anytime.

Our loyalty subscription: This is the cheapest way to take Symprove (saving you £130 a year) and perfect for those who want to commit to their gut health long term. You can't cancel within the fixed term but in your online account you can still manage delivery dates, change flavours and skip deliveries.

One-off and 12 week packs: We also sell individual monthly packs and 12 week starter packs. These non-subscription packs are more expensive, but useful for those who want to try Symprove without subscribing. 

We recommend trying Symprove for at least 3 months - 94% feel the difference after this time.
